Important Notes:
Books are *drop-shipped directly** from our printing partner.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen events.
Tracking information will be provided when your order is dispatched.
6. Returns and Refunds
Damaged or Faulty Items:

Include your order number and photos of the damage.
We will issue a *replacement** or refund after inspection.
Change of Mind:
Returns for change of mind are *not accepted** due to the nature of printed books and dropshipping.
Signed or limited editions cannot be returned unless defective.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
Customers should contact their local postal service for lost or stolen packages.
For Australia, we can assist with claims to the shipping provider.
